The Galaxy A37 is Samsung’s mid-range smartphone for 2026. It was announced in March and launched in April in key markets. Compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy A36, it brings a slightly updated design, a new processor, and an improved main camera.

Design
The Galaxy A37 follows Samsung’s usual design language, featuring a clean look and a triple camera setup on the back. It uses a Camera Island design, where the frame gradually extends around the power and volume buttons.

Both the front and back are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+, which gives the phone an extra premium feel. It is also IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.
The phone is available in four colors: Awesome Charcoal, Awesome Graygreen, Awesome Lavender, and Awesome White.

The phone has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and support for HDR playback. The screen can reach 1,200 nits with High Brightness Mode (HBM) and up to 1,900 nits during HDR content playback.
The Galaxy A37 also has stereo speakers.

The Galaxy A37 has a triple camera setup on the back, including:
- 50MP (1/1.56-inch) main camera with image stabilization (OIS)
- 8MP wide angle camera
- 5MP fixed macro camera
On the front, there is a 12MP fixed camera for selfies and video calls.
The main rear camera and front-facing camera can record video up to 4K 30fps with Super HDR. The ultrawide camera supports video recording up to 1080p 60fps.

The phone is powered by the Exynos 1480 processor, built on Samsung Foundry’s 4nm process. It includes four Cortex-A78 CPU cores clocked at 2.75GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2GHz, and an Xclipse 530 GPU.
The Galaxy A37 is available with 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, depending on the variant. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB, both using UFS 3.1.
The software
The device runs Android 16 with One UI 8.5 out of the box and will receive operating system updates for up to six years.

Price
In the US, the Galaxy A37 is priced at $450 for the 128GB model and $540 for the 256GB version.
In Europe, the price starts at €430 for the 128GB variant and €520 for the 256GB model.
In India, the phone starts at INR 41,999 (approx. $445) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and goes up to INR 52,999 (approx. $562) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB model.
