OnePlus has officially launched its latest flagship tablet, the OnePlus Pad 4in India. Positioned as a high performance device, the tablet is designed to bridge the gap between elite entertainment and professional productivity. Its release serves as a strategic move by the company to strengthen its presence in the global premium hardware market.
The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on the 3nm process. OnePlus reports that the processor achieved more than 4.1 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark, which represents a 42% increase in performance over its predecessor. To maintain thermal stability, the tablet includes a large vapor chamber of 45,260 mm2.
Visual experience focuses on a 13.2-inch LCD display with 3.4K (3392 x 2400) resolution and 7:5 aspect ratio. The panel supports a variable 144 Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits of high brightness, and Dolby Vision. Despite its solid internal hardware, the tablet maintains a slim profile of just 5.94 mm and weighs 672 g.
Memory, Battery, and Software
The OnePlus Pad 4 is available in two configurations:
- 8 GB or 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
- 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage.
The key highlights are 13,380 mAh batterywhich supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The company says this figure allows up to 20 hours of continuous video playback. The device is working OxygenOS 16.0based on Android 16and has various AI-driven productivity tools like AI Writer, AI Summary, and real-time audio transcription.

The tablet has an eight-speaker surround sound system, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 6.0. To improve its use as a workstation, OnePlus introduced the Stylo Pro pen and a new smart keyboard with a large trackpad.
Pricing and Availability
The OnePlus Pad 4 will go on sale in India on May 5. The 8 GB/256 GB model is priced at Rs 59,999. (~$631)while the 12 GB/512 GB version is placed at ₹64,999 (~$684). Available in two colors: Dune Glow again Sage Mist.
