The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 has passed legal approval in China, Taiwan and the UAE, with the latest filing pointing to standard and NFC versions. Xiaomi has not announced the launch date, but late July or August now seems like a very realistic window.
Two versions go with the certificate
The strongest evidence comes from two new Xiaomi smart bands approved in China on June 5. The paired models are believed to represent the regular Smart Band 11 and a different version of NFC, although the regulators use the general name Smart Band rather than the last names in stores.
To remind, Xiaomi used close model numbers for the standard and NFC versions of the Smart Band 10. And the two new devices were approved in China on the same day. That supports Smart Band 11 interpretation and Smart Band 11 NFC.
A related certification then appeared at Taiwan’s NCC, while the presumed NFC version reached the UAE’s TDRA on July 8. The UAE entry classifies it as a short-range, low-power device, which guarantees little beyond wireless connectivity but adds another market to the launch lane.
Documents linked to the Taiwanese filing show a 233mAh battery. That’s the same as the Smart Band 10, so a big increase in capacity doesn’t seem to be part of this generation. Battery life can still change with the display, processor and software, while previous leaks claimed fast magnetic charging.
Xiaomi has rebranded the Smart Band 11 with its Clue Plus marketing slogan. The offer includes the UK, UAE, Taiwan, Japan and several European markets, providing stronger evidence of an international rollout than a purely legal filing. Only standard variants are mentioned there, no Active or Pro.

Late July or August seems to have more opportunities
There is no confirmed event for the Smart Band 11. Xiaomi has planned the launch of the Redmi Note 17 in China on July 14, but the company has not teased about the fitness band and no reliable leak has linked the Band 11 to that presentation.
A later launch in July or August seems more plausible. The official approval usually comes just before Xiaomi starts advertising the wearable.
The Smart Band 10 was announced in China on June 26, 2025 and reached international markets soon after. Xiaomi could follow the same path this year rather than holding the global version for a different event months later.
Our previous coverage of the Smart Band 11 looked at specification leaks that claimed a large 1.78-inch display with 2200-nit contrast, HRV monitoring, body temperature sensors, EDA-assisted pressure data and a barometer. It also talked about earning points, more than 200 game modes and a ten-minute charge for up to three days of use.
Anyone considering the Smart Band 10 may want to wait until Xiaomi reveals its plans. The current pace of certification makes a launch in the next few weeks very possible.
