New OLED and QD Mini LED TVs include Panasonic’s 2026, but something is missing.

Panasonic has just launched its 2026 TV range, and it’s not what we expected.
While there is a new OLED model, it is not a replacement for the flagship Z95B, or the descending Z90B. Both of those models will continue until 2026.
When we put that to the Panasonic representative, they said, “LG Display has introduced a new panel; this is that panel”, which sounded like a confirmation to us.
The QD Mini LED is a great setup
While there’s only one OLED TV on the way from Panasonic this year, there’s an onslaught of Mini LED models – but not all of them are coming to the UK.
The Mini LED range starts with the flagship W97C and W95C, which differ only in the color of their casework. These models are limited to continental Europe.
They include a 144Hz panel, “over” 1000 dimming zones, and a claimed maximum brightness of 1500 nits.
They also feature what Panasonic calls “Glare Free Ultra”, designed to reduce reflections and improve viewing angles.
The W97C and W95C will be available in sizes from 55 to 86 inches.
Definitely destined for UK shores is the W94C, which will come in 55-, 65- and 75-inch sizes.
This looks on paper very similar to the W97C and W95C, thanks to its 144Hz panel and Glare Free Ultra anti-reflection technology, but it’s not clear if it has the same number of dimming points or brightness.
The W94C features Amazon Fire OS, however, while the W97C and W95C are Google TVs.
The final UK-bound Mini LED model in Panasonic’s 2026 range is the W91C. Interestingly, this is Roku TV, rather than Google or Amazon-powered.
This model has a refresh rate of just 60Hz, but features Glare Free Ultra technology, HDMI 2.1 sockets and VRR and ALLM support.
All of Panasonic’s new Mini LED sets feature Quantum Dots for visible color vibrancy, but there’s also a range of QLED TVs with non-Mini LED backlights, too, as well as entry-level LCD models.
Our man on the ground, Lewis Empson, will be working on some of Panasonic’s new TVs later today, so stay tuned for his first bits to emerge.
