Samsung seems to already be issuing $50 in store credits for Galaxy S26 pre-orders, go check your account

With the new Galaxy S26 lineup set for pre-order today, there are ways to secure a FREE Samsung credit head start that you’ll want to be aware of if you don’t already have one. Only a few hours left to hang up FREE A $30 credit Samsung is promoting ahead of the Galaxy launch today and some users are reporting a surprise $50 credit they are waiting on their account already.

On top of the other Galaxy S26 pre-order deals we’ve already detailed right here, several reports have hit the internet suggesting that some Samsung users/accounts are already seeing a mysterious $50 credit added to their account right now.

It seems like this debt just popped up, but it’s hard to say for sure what the reason is. Maybe Samsung is just looking to add one more incentive for people to pre-order or is somehow tied into the Reserve campaign. Either way you’ll want to check your account to see if you have a $50 credit ready and waiting.

Unlike the Stored Credit detailed below, users report that it is not tied to pre-orders of the Galaxy S26 – they are used to get free accessories right now by the looks of it.

It appears that this may be available to select users in the US – reports suggest that Canadian accounts are not seeing this yet.

Free $30 Samsung credit before pre-ordering the Galaxy S26 today

As we previously reported, Samsung’s Reserve campaign for the new Galaxy S26 is live, and it will disappear soon. You’ll want to drop your email on the official site to make sure you’re closing in on the bonus credit whether you plan to use it or not. You don’t have to end up pre-ordering anything here today, but you can make sure your credit is attached to your Samsung account/email address in advance.

Historically, this credit will be attached to your email/IP address when you go to pre-order your Galaxy S26, S26+, or Galaxy S26 Ultra at any time prior to the delivery date, and you you don’t need to wait and email from Samsung – this way you can take advantage of the big discounts we’ve detailed, and will reveal shortly after pre-orders go live today (there are often opportunities to score FREE Galaxy Buds and more if you know what to look for).

• Up to $900 in trade-in value – Samsung is offering up to $900 off new S26 devices on trade-in. If this works anything like last year, you won’t actually have to save to see this kind of value, but again, it’s hard to say for sure. Chances are the $900 discount only applies to the more expensive S26 Ultra, and only to the new device you can answer, but there will still be a chance to save hundreds on all S26 devices with trade-ins direct from Samsung.com.
• Up to $150 on Galaxy S26 devices – Samsung has said it will also offer $150 cash discounts on Galaxy S26 devices but it doesn’t appear to be advertising this on its Reservations page here in the US.
