Highlights of MWC 2026: T3 award winners from Mobile World Congress

It’s March and that means it’s the time of year when the mobile phone industry comes together for the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. It’s in the middle of nowhere about the year’s best phones and connected devices.
That also means that the T3 tech team has been on the ground exploring the halls, taking meetings and attending presentations – check it out on the MWC 2025 live blog here – to find the best T3 for MWC 2026.
Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept

In the mock-up section – the Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept combines a tablet and portable gaming setup like no other. This 11.6-inch folding tablet comes with a keyboard-toting operating mode, but it also offers game controller sides that let you use it as a handheld.
While this can work with a full-sized tablet screen, there is also an option to fold it down to 7 inches. That saves space for commuting, for example, and the battery to power that display.
While this is a very exciting new concept, it is just that right now – a concept design on display. Hopefully getting the T3 Award is enough to put this into full production soon, so anyone can get their hands on one soon.
TCL NXTPaper 70 Pro

Another worthy member of the T3 awards comes from TCL in the form of a smartphone that uses a next-level display. TCL NXTPaper 70 Pro has a 6.9 inch FHD+ 120Hz NXTPaper 4.0 AMOLED Display.
As the name suggests, this gets you all the battery savings, anti-glare reading and anti-glare features of the Kindle, yet with the resolution, color and refresh rates of a flagship smartphone.
That should mean the best of both worlds with good battery life, ease of use for your eyes, yet you have the ability to display anything you could need from a smartphone.
This also comes packing a 50-megapixel 1.0um OIS camera, up to 512GB of storage and 24GB of RAM, as well as a built-in stylus and AI intelligence baked right in.
It even diffuses light, and uses blue light purification to simulate daylight, and ensures reduced visual fatigue even for long periods of use.
Died C28

The latest Eufy C28 comes with a 5-in-1 docking station and is a powerful robot vacuum that manages to keep the price down while packing in features.
Not only does this offer a powerful 15,000Pa of suction, but it will continue to be free thanks to its anti-tangle DuoSpiral brush technology. That makes short work of dust and hair alike. It also mops, using the HydroJet roller mopping system.
That 5-in-1 station is there for dusting, mop washing, water refilling, hot air drying, and waste water collection, all without you having to touch a thing. It makes this a real clean-all long-term solution with no human interaction required. That – and now this award – can make the C28 one of the best robot vacuum cleaners.
What’s worse, all this is bought at a very expensive price of £649 or 599 euros – a good option for those who will not go for the Eufy Omni S2 flagship.
Honor Magic V6

The Honor Magic V6 took MWC by storm – despite the plethora of other phones it launched with – with the claim that its best foldable phone to date packs the biggest battery ever.
At just 8.75mm when folded, and with 7.95-inch unfolded and 6.52-inch folded screens, the Magic V6 manages to pack a 6,660mAh battery.
It has a 44% reduced crease depth over its predecessor, too, while offering a 120Hz refresh rate.
Everything is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip – making it the first foldable the company has released with a flagship-level processor at its core. Fame is everything.
Anker Soundcore Space 2
The Anker Soundcore Space 2 headphones play to the company’s strengths of offering high-quality audio performance at a more affordable price than some of the best noise-cancelling headphones. This model has had serious sonic improvements over the original model.
These cans come packed with Hi-Res certification, LDAC lossless support, and 40mm drivers for plenty of power and range. Battery life is also impressive, with ANC running for 50 hours on a charge, or 70 hours with ANC off. Plus, a five-minute charge will give you four hours of listening time.
Noise cancellation is improved with a focus on low frequencies, making this ideal for flights or commuting where engines and track sounds can be cut out. All that and the cost remains low at £129.99 / $129.99 / €129.99, in white, black or green.

Xgimi – a projector brand – showed off its sub-brand, MemoMind, at MWC with smart AI glasses, called Memo One.
These glasses include displays on either lens, but there is also a single display model called the Memo Air Display that comes with it.
The displays on the Memo One are clear and the ability to control the size and orientation is useful. The design is compact and elegant, too.
MemoMind Memo One smart glasses are certainly a “strong start” in a new category.
Lenovo Qira
Lenovo has entered our Best of Show3 Awards twice with its second win for its co-developed Qira.
Developed in collaboration with the Motorola brand, this is a system-level AI that enables context awareness across all Lenovo and Motorola devices. That should mean an ever-present, ever-understanding, wise assistant who works with you.
This should understand what you are working on, adapt to your tone, help you write, summarize, answer questions and work offline on all devices.
This would be an AI assistant that makes things much easier, as you would imagine – and hope – for AI to be.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

It wouldn’t be MWC without Samsung unveiling a new flagship smartphone and 2026 remains true with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. All new panel technology and refined design make this possible i The Android phone to have.
This year’s highlight is the new Privacy Display, which means anyone sitting on either side of you can’t see your screen, while it’s always clear to you – the perfect privacy support for the public.
The cameras also have a serious bump with improved, faster apertures and a 5x telephoto lens, all in a new enclosure.
You get a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with 2600 nits brightness and 1-120Hz refresh rate. There’s also super-fast 60W wireless charging on board.
And that’s all in a slim, stylish case – just 0.7mm thick.
Respect the Robot Phone
Another entry in Honor’s T3 awards this year comes in the form of the Honor Robot Phone. This, as the name suggests, combines robotics and phone intelligence to provide a more intelligent interaction.
The gimbal arm allows the camera to move up and down to follow your movements, responding to hand gestures, as a way to let you take control of the AI remotely.
The gimbal arm can even emote, move to respond negatively for example, or nod its head up and down to respond positively. And it dances in time to the music.
That gimbal also makes for smooth video, even if you’re running.
This phone will be available in the second half of 2026. Hopefully it will stay outside of China.
