Apple already has more than a dozen products on the way for 2026, here’s what’s coming

Apple just wrapped up a very exciting week of announcements – starting with the iPhone 17e, and ending with the MacBook Neo. Although we received 7 new products this week, there are still a few more to come in the near future. We’ll be getting into that.

Mac

For the most part, Apple has cleared the deck when it comes to the Mac lineup. Seeing Apple announce both Studio Display and Studio Display XDR last week was a surprise – over the M5 MacBook Air and M5 Pro/M5 Max MacBook Pro.

That said, there’s still more to come: Apple should be releasing the M5 Max and M5 Ultra Mac Studio soon. In the February 22 edition of his Power On newsletter, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported that a new Mac Studio is on the way in the first half of 2026.

Down the road, Apple should release a refreshed Mac mini and iMac, likely with M6 chips. And of course, expect a redesigned MacBook Pro with M6 Pro and M6 Max in October.

The iPad

This week, Apple announced the updated iPad Air with the M4 chip. There was another rumored announcement that didn’t materialize though: a budget iPad.

Apple was rumored to update its cheaper iPad with the A18 chip this week, but that never happened. It will probably arrive in the first half of the year, but the details are still unclear.

No refresh of the iPad Pro is expected in 2026, but Apple is working on a new improved iPad mini with OLED and A19 Pro, which will be launched sometime in the fall.

Home

Apple has three major home products in the works: a refreshed Apple TV, a refreshed HomePod mini, and a smart home display — which many call the HomePad.

The updated version of Apple TV 4K should include the A17 Pro chip. This will mean that it will be able to support Apple Intelligence. It should also include Apple’s new N1 network chip.

As for the HomePod mini, it will come with a new chipset (the current model includes the S5 chip), and will come in new colors, including red. This will mark the first HomePod mini refresh in five years.

The group’s biggest announcement is likely to be a new smart home display. It will include an A18 chip, a 7-inch display, and will be a smart home hub for HomeKit and Siri connectivity.

It’s been on the back burner for a while while Apple tweaks its AI-infused Siri, but it should debut this year — hopefully.

It starts in September

Starting in September, Apple will launch the flagship new iPhones, Apple watches, and possibly AirPods.

The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max should debut with new color options (likely red), improved cameras, and larger batteries. Apple will also introduce its first foldable iPhone.

As for the rest of the iPhone lineup, Apple may not launch the base iPhone 18 and iPhone Air 2 until the spring of 2027 — as part of a strategy to shake up iPhone release cycles.

Apple will also introduce the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4. We don’t know a ton yet, but we expect new health sensors, possible Touch ID support, and better battery life.

Finally, Apple may release AirPods Pro 3 with cameras. These will feed into Apple’s intelligence technology, and the idea is that you’ll be able to talk to Siri about your location.
