Dell Tower Plus EBT2250 Gaming PC
Dell’s Tower Plus EBT2250 Gaming PC is available in stores through Micro Center for $1,199, shaving nearly $800 off its regular retail price. Although this device is limited to one per home per vendor, there are options to expand memory and storage. It comes with Windows 11 Home Edition, not to be confused with the Pro edition.
This tower starts with the Intel Core Ultra 7 265 1.8 GHz Processor, which includes eight 2.4 GHz cores and 12 efficient 1.8 GHz cores. The cores can also be automatically boosted during heavy tasks to 5.2 GHz and 4.6 GHz, respectively. For the GPU, it sports an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti with 8GB of GDDR7 video memory, and it also includes a single stick of 32GB DDR5-5200 RAM up to 64GB based on its two memory slots. It also includes 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD storage.
This tower has four USB 3.2 Type-A ports on the front and six on the back (two 3.2 Type-A and four 2.0 Type-A), there is also a Thunderbolt 4 port, and three display ports. At Micro Center, the tower has a 4.5-star rating, and customers give it rave reviews for its easy setup and ability to expand storage with HDDs. However, at least one customer notes that the machine comes with misaligned holes. Regardless, good reviews would make this worth considering.
Samsung 9100 Pro 2TB internal SSD
Although we are looking at the Samsung 9100 Pro 2TB Internal SSD option for $599.99, Micro Center offers many different options. This includes the company offering 1TB and 4TB storage models, but customers can also choose whether they want a heatsink. These options will affect cost, but going with the 2TB option knocks $300 off the regular list price. As well as being a store item, there is a limit of two per household.
With the inclusion of Samsung’s Magician Software that ensures your device is always up-to-date with firmware updates, the system also includes continuous monitoring of your drive’s health while providing additional encryption features. With sequential read speeds of up to 14,700 Mbps and sequential write speeds of 13,400 Mbps, this SSD also features a random IOPS read speed of up to 1.85 million and a random IOPS write speed of up to 2.6 million, although this will largely depend on your configuration and setup. Relying on Samsung V-NAND TLC storage memory, this SSD also uses PCIe 5.0 x4, NVMe 2.0 interface, and has a form factor of M.2 (2280).
If you look at the reviews on the Micro Center website, this internal SSD has a rating of 4.9 stars for its fast speed, large storage capacity, and overall solid performance. However, some customers report having complaints about the installed software. With that in mind, Samsung is usually the best among the major SSD brands.

As many call it a solid value overall, note that at least one customer recommends updating the BIOS before making hardware changes.
AMD Ryzen 7 7700X Raphael Processor
It was exciting when AMD announced the Ryzen 7000 CPU series back in 2022, and seeing the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X Raphael Processor available in stores for $229.99 is very exciting. Between shaving $170 off the regular listing price — there’s a limit of one per family and you’ll need to reserve the cooler separately — and the top customer reviews, it makes this one worth checking out. It’s also worth noting that this one comes with a limited three-year parts and labor warranty.
With the support of various AMD motherboards, this desktop processor includes eight cores with 16 threads. It has an operating frequency of 4.50 GHz, although it can reach a speed of 5.40 GHz. Along with DDR5-5200 memory support and able to support up to 128GB of RAM through its two memory channels, the processor also includes two graphic cores with a maximum frequency of 2.20 GHz and a base frequency of 400 MHz.
It has a 4.8 star rating on the Micro Center website, with customers enjoying its fast speed, easy installation process, and solid overall performance for the price. While customers find that the processor meets their needs, a few users report that it can run hot. Still, 98% of reviewers recommend this product, and there’s an option to have it professionally installed for $79.99 for those who want to go that route.
How we chose these Micro Center deals
While finding deals that offer great value savings on popular products was our top motivation for this list, other considerations, too. Along with checking the Micro Center website for the best money-saving deals, we also ensure that every product has a four-star rating from many customers. After all, just because something might cost less than you’d expect doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice quality and performance.
