What you need to know

  • Ultrahuman announces partnership with Les Mills, bringing studio-quality training to users and recommendations influenced by biomarker data.
  • Using biomarkers, the Ultrahuman app takes into account important data about your recovery to push you to the next day or tell you to take it slow.
  • With women’s health, data based on your cycle will also influence your activity level the next day.
  • Ultrahuman Ring AIR users and PRO users get the Les Mills PowerPlug on April 22 for $11.99 a month or $99 a year.

Ultrahuman comes forward this week with a partnership aimed at making the workout process easier for users who want to push themselves or relax.

In a press release, Ultrahuman announces a partnership with studio-level fitness company, Les Mills. Both companies are trying to tackle a real problem with wearables: real understanding when you’re “not well” or ready to go. Ultrahuman says, if your device says you need to rest, your training program will continue as if you were at your highest level. In conjunction with biomarker data, Ultrahuman Ring and Les Mills are working to help bridge the gap “between wearable data and real-world training decisions.”
