New Sets!/LEGO

After an exciting month of new LEGO unveilings, it’s officially one of the most exciting times for builders – new LEGO sets hit the market! Not only do we have a new wave of 19 sets + the LEGO Batman video game officially hitting shelves and online stores alike, but this month’s release will coincide with LEGO’s annual May 4th promotion, making things even more exciting. We’ve curated a list of all the new releases and GWP sets below, so scroll down to see the full spread of new LEGO builds that will fill your free time in May 2026.

While the number of new LEGO sets to be released in May 2026 may be on the small side, that doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot of quality for different types of builders. Of course, with May 4th promotions accompanying all of these releases, the standout among the group is UCS The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter and comes with The Mandalorian and Grogu Display GWP exclusive between May 1st to 6th, while supplies last.

Speaking of this month’s GWPs, we have two more for you to secure, the first being the Darksaber set you’ll get when you spend $160 or more on May 6th, and the Razor Crest Mini-Build set when you spend $40 or more. And for people who have accumulated loyalty points, you can exchange 2,500 for The Mandalorian and Grogu Metal Card.

Back to the new building sets – and we have a lot of interest packed into the month of the older builders (while the younger builders may see them as a new joy), with four Toy Story sets, such as my favorite, the Alien set with Pizza Planet Rocket Ride, and the long-awaited Jurangler Park Jeep W set. The theme that sees the biggest collection of new buildings, however, is the LEGO Editions, which are packed with sets that are worth showing to football fans of all flags.

We’re also seeing the release of the new LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight video game later in the month, though you can still pre-order the standard edition (out on May 22) or the deluxe edition (out on May 19) early to secure yours and ensure you can play it ASAP.
