Apple’s most affordable bang for your buck M5 MacBook Air is nearly $200 this week (Amazon low, all colors)

We’ve seen other vendors compete heavily on the upgraded M5 MacBook Air and 15-inch. But, after Apple increased the base storage category to 512GB this generation, the cheapest 13-inch model is more compelling than ever and Amazon has the best price $199 discount the list is currently in all four colors.

Amazon currently offers the most affordable M5 MacBook Air you can buy $899.99 shipped.

Normally $1,099, this is $199 off the list price and the best we’ve tracked down so far on Amazon or otherwise. Some authorized Apple resellers can get quite competitive with Amazon on new MacBook releases, as B&H now has these 15-inch models up to $270 at list prices:

  • 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/1TB $1,249 (Reg. $1,519)
  • With 35W Dual USB-C Port Compact Power Adapter (worth $20)
  • 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 24GB/512GB $1,249 (Reg. $1,519)
  • With 35W Dual USB-C Port Compact Power Adapter (worth $20)
  • 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 24GB/1TB $1,499 (Reg. $1,719)
  • With 70W USB-C Port Compact Power Adapter ($20)

But when it comes to the least expensive models on the list, Amazon tends to deliver lower prices, as it is now:

B&H charges $1,049 for this device and Best Buy charges $949.

While in previous years the basic models of the MacBook Air left something to be desired, first with the 8GB of RAM that is completely inferior to the M3 model, then there is a storage capacity of 256GB that is no longer in the M4. But with the 2026 M5 lineup, Apple, in my opinion, has hit the sweet spot when it comes to the price and capabilities of the entry-level model. Yes, the base model has gone up in price this year, but you get a solid 16GB of RAM and a 512GB storage capacity that’s good for most users (and still less than what’s available in previous models). Sure, everyone wants 24GB+ of RAM and 1TB+ of storage, but most people probably don’t need it, or the $1,499 price tag to get it (this model is currently $1,299.99 on Amazon right now).

  • 13-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/1TB from $1,100 (Reg. $1,299) – Amazon lowest
  • 13-inch M5 MacBook Air 24GB/1TB from $1,300 (Reg. $1,499) – Lowest Amazon
  • 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/512GB from $1,100 (Reg. $1,299) – Amazon lowest
  • 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/1TB from $1,300 (Reg. $1,499) – Lowest Amazon
  • 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 24GB/1TB from $1,500 (Reg. $1,699) – Lowest Amazon

A rare deal is $200 off this 32GB/1TB M5 MacBook Air that you can’t buy on Amazon.

Deals are flying this week on the new 2026 M5 MacBook Air, with $199 discount the cheapest models you can buy, just like $270 discount opt for the 15-inch configuration, and we recently spotted a rare $200 price drop on the 32GB model that you can’t buy on Amazon.

For people who want to pick it up, and considering that Amazon doesn’t even carry the 32GB M5 MacBook Air, we wanted to make sure that this B&H deal for the 13-inch M5 MacBook Air with 32GB of RAM and 1TB SSD is down. $1,499 shipped was on your radar.

Normally $1,699, this is an exact $200 off list price and the best we can find. All things considered, and especially because Amazon and big box retailers don’t carry this setup, deals on this one are going to be hard to come by.

Big price drops hit official Apple Solo Loops today: Singles from $15, multipacks from $9 each (Orig. up to $99 each)

Woot is back again today with another notable sales event on official Apple Watch silicone and braided Solo Loops. While following these things we are starting from scratch $15 some time at Woot – originally $99, today offers even deeper deals if you buy more than one – you can get the price down to $9 per band here.

There are two premium Apple Watch bands on tap here, the silicone Solo Loop at $14.99 and Braided Solo Loop in $29.99. Originally $49 and $99, respectively, this is already a wild price drop. But the price of each band drops even lower if you buy more than one today:

This can bring the price down to $9 per band with free shipping on all orders so Prime members can get the best deals we’ve tracked down on these bands.

You’ll just want to pay attention to the size options on the main landing page, then choose your style, color, and case size once you’ve clicked through the drop-down menus.

Apple’s current generation iPad is down to $299 shipped on Amazon today

Arguably the best iPad you can buy for young children, if not because it won’t cost a fortune, the iPad 11 can be a low-cost option for anyone when it comes to casual use, road trips, or as a bedside browser at home. And it’s one you can sit down on $299 on Amazon right now in many colors.

Amazon has Apple’s current generation 11-inch iPad (A16) sitting on the floor $299 shipped right now in Blue, Pink, and Silver – the Yellow model is the most expensive at $319, but we recommend waiting until around $299 before pulling the trigger.

We’ve caught this deal a few times this year at least, but we haven’t seen it drop this low since the holiday season last year when it was an extra $25 or more on select colors.

While the powerful A16 machine may seem difficult for those who have money to spend on an iPad Air or better, and there is no Apple Intelligence feature in this model, it can also make a more affordable option for regular users. The iPad mini may, perhaps, be better for small children as it can be a little easier to move around, but at 11 inches, this thing is not big and gives them real estate of the screen when it comes to educational content, games, and viewing shows.

If it’s the iPad Air you’re after, check out clearance deals on the previous model M3 up to $350 off– this could be a great option for older kids and those who don’t need the latest chip – and the new M4 price drop you’ll find below:
