Serial support allows direct, low-power communication within a mesh network, reducing reliance on proprietary hubs for core functionality and improving automation responsiveness.<\/p>\n

As with other Matter devices in this category, performance may vary by platform. In some cases, advanced sensor data is simplified when presented through Matter, often presented as binary rather than detailed telemetry, reflecting the current limitations of Matter’s specifications.<\/p>\n
