Garmin Forerunner 970: One minute review <\/span><\/h3>\n

I trained with the Forerunner for over nine months – long enough to put it in its place. It has carried me through weekly 5Ks, tempo sessions, short workouts, long half-marathon training runs and even a sweaty 10K trail race last summer. It’s a powerful, performance-driven piece of technology, and it’s perfect for training and analyzing your stats – even if it’s one of the most expensive running watches on the market right now.<\/p>\n

In terms of key features, the 970 delivers everything you’d expect from one of Garmin’s best watches. I’ve tried a number of active modes including track, trail and intervals – and you’ll get excellent GPS accuracy, great VO2 measurements, Body Battery and sleep tracking, and detailed heart rate data.<\/p>\n
