Logitech is on <\/span>Mobi Fold<\/b>its the first collapsible mouse, designed for people working in airports, cafes, hotel lobbies, shared spaces, and wherever a laptop trackpad starts to feel limiting.<\/span><\/p>\n Many professionals have a mouse, but they don’t always manage it. During our briefing, a Logitech representative told us that 72% of professionals who work in public spaces have a mouse, but only 26% use one on the go, mostly because traditional mice are too big or uncomfortable to carry. The Mobi Fold is Logitech’s answer to that friction point.<\/span><\/p>\n As a former designer, I can’t live without a mouse, even when I’m traveling. When I’m traveling, I use the Logitech Anywhere 3s, a compact mouse that works on any surface, including glass. So I’m really excited about the Mobi Fold, and I can’t wait to try it out!<\/span><\/p>\n This 79 gram mouse folds up into a portable form factor<\/b>and opens into a usable mouse form-factor at a constant ergonomic angle. It doesn’t open flat, and the angle isn’t adjustable, because Logitech designed it around a pre-defined comfort zone. The company claims this design reduces muscle strain by 22% compared to using a portable trackpad. “The Mobi Fold does not fold down. We’ve taken the approach of folding it in half, and it opens up into a pre-defined angle that we do a lot of user studies and research on.<\/em>,\u201d said Jonathan Wong, <\/span>Head of Product and Innovation, Mobile and Audio Solutions<\/p>\n Mobi Fold automatically opens when opened and closes when folded, to help conserve battery life. It also includes an on-device AI model designed to prevent accidental clicks when the user moves the mouse.<\/span><\/p>\n For daily work,<\/span> Mobi Fold<\/b> includes <\/span>Adaptive Touch Scrolling,<\/b> which can move line by line or quickly in long documents and spreadsheets. Two customizable touch panel buttons can be configured in the Logi Options+ app for shortcuts such as switching apps, taking screenshots, copy\/paste, or other workflow actions.<\/span><\/p>\n It connects to up to three devices via Bluetooth and works across Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and Linux. The Mobi Fold also supports Easy-Switch and is Logitech’s first Fast Pair certified installation device.<\/span><\/p>\n Battery life is rated at up to 30 days, while a one-minute USB-C charge provides up to 22 hours of use. It’s also tested, wrapped in a dust-proof silicone sleeve, and rated for 15 years of daily winding.<\/span><\/p>\n The Mobi Fold is launching globally in Graphite, Lilac and Off-White in select markets, starting with <\/span>$79.99 <\/b>.
