It adds the UltraSphere decision engine, offline health information and improved heart rate and VO\u2082 Max algorithms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The update is rolling out globally today and is free for existing users. It works across the entire Ultrahuman ecosystem, including Ring AIR and Ring PRO, M1 and M2 Live glucose monitoring services, Blood Vision and Ultrahuman Home.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The action plan is now focused on what to do next<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UltraSphere sits in the center of the redesigned home screen. It converts health data into over 60 suggested actions based on sleep, recovery, HRV, movement, stress, skin temperature, cycle phase and glucose readings.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This can include going outside to catch the morning light, taking a short walk during an afternoon energy dip, cutting out caffeine or starting a nighttime breathing ritual. Recommendations can adjust for location, climate, circadian rhythm and other factors, including shift work, parenting and frequent travel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company&#8217;s Jade AI health assistant is now getting its own tab. It connects information from all Ultrahuman devices and services instead of managing ring, glucose and blood test data as separate streams.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/gadgetsandwearables.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/New-Ultrahuman-app_2-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"New Ultrahuman app\" class=\"wp-image-18596153\" \/><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The redesign also moves long-term measurements such as UltraAge, Pulse Age, Blood Age and Brain Age to the Lode Life tab. Meanwhile, the new Windows view puts time-sensitive information, including caffeine timing and circadian phases, into one daily timeline.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More information now works offline<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emerald delivers additional analytics to the phone, allowing sleep, recovery and movement scores to be calculated without an internet connection. Live heart rate, pressure, steps and UltraSphere recommendations can also be accessed while offline.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This should come in handy during flights, travel and time spent in inhospitable environments. It also means that most of the application will always run without a continuous connection to the Ultrahuman servers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sleep Screener brings sleep duration, temperature, breathing information, rhythm data and Ultrahuman Smart Alarm in one night view. AFib Detection, where supported, also remains here after being previously introduced via Ultrahuman&#8217;s PowerPlugs platform.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workout tracking gets an upgrade<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ultrahuman says it&#8217;s reinvented the Ring AIR and Ring PRO workout trackers, with improved auto detection, activity tagging and heart rate algorithms. This is an area worth watching, as the heart rate workout was one of the weak points in my Ultrahuman Ring AIR review.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The VO\u2082 Max algorithm has also been updated. Ultrahuman says it tested the ratio against CPET lab results from more than 100 athletes, with readings falling within 5 mL\/kg\/min of the lab average.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emerald&#8217;s biggest change is a clean way to present existing Ultrahuman data and services.
